Stain Cleaning Caddy

15 Minutes is all it takes to bless your Family!

You could spend a lot of money on stain fighters. But did you know you already have them in your home? No need to spend extra money of fancy name brands. Just make a cleaning caddy. Most of this stuff can be found at the dollar store.

  Caddy materials:

1. One basket with handles or cleaning caddy

2. a few spray bottles
3. Large address labels
4. hydrogen peroxide
5. shaving cream
6. alcohol
7. vinegar
8. baking soda
9. Alka- Seltzer tablets
10. cotton balls
11. white cotton cloths
12. toothbrush
 
1. Using Microsoft Works or another office program, design and print name and uses(below) labels for each product.
2. To make it look better you can put a few in the spray bottles.

List of Uses:

 Peroxide:(* keep stored in brown bottle or the chemical make-up will break down)

1. ketchup
2. laundry whitener
3. Kitchen counters-sanitize- 1/2 water, 1/2 peroxide in spray bottle (only make what you can use.) 
4. finger and toe nail fungus- 1/2 water , 1/2 peroxide
5. houseplants- 1 ounce in one cup of water. Spray plants to keep them healthier and greener.
 
Shaving Cream:
1. Grease
2. cleans dirty hands (like when camping)
3. bathroom mirrors
4. bathroom faucets
5. Carpet stains- like chocolate, Scrub with toothbrush
6. Cleans jewelry
7. Squeaks from door hinges(apply to hinge)
8. new baseball mitt- put some on the palm, sit for 4 hours
 

Alcohol:
1. Ball point pen
2. mirrors-cloth dipped in alcohol
3. permanent markers- cloth dipped in alcohol
4. windows- 1/4 c alcohol and water in spray bottle
5. frosted car windows- spray bottle with alcohol and spray on frosted window, then wipe
 
White Vinegar:(room temperature)
1. cleans cabinet doors
2. water spots
3. soap scrum 

4. caked-on greasy dishes: 24 oz bottle- 1/2 water , 1/4 vinegar, and a few drops of dish soap.(spritz and sit a minute)
5. windows: 1/4 c vinegar and water in pray bottle
6. fruit flies- Apple Cider Vinegar and dish soap in a bowl. Sit on counter.
 
 Alka-Seltzer:

1. Stained coffee pot (fill with water and one tablet)
2. clean a vase- a few tablets with water
3. stained glass cookware- fill with water then add up tpo 6 tablets
4. clogged kitchen drain- drop a couple of tablets down the drain, then 1 c vinegar. Wait and few minutes. Then run HOT water for a few minutes
5. clean toilet- add a few tablets to the toilet bowl water, wait 20 minutes, then flush
6. dull jewelry- drop in water with tablets. Wait a few minutes, then take jewelry out and pat dry. 


Baking Soda:

Her worth is far above jewels." Proverbs 31:10 ~~ I am a stay-at-home-mom(SAHM) married to the love of my life, Jeff Nelson. We have six wonderful boys. Ryan(13), Seth(11), Ian(8), Noah(5), Luke(4), and Jack (born April 2010). We live in Tennessee on 4 acres. I grew up the first few years of my life on a dairy farm in Missouri and loved country living. I was saved at a young age by the grace of God and shed blood of Jesus during that time of simple country living. That part of my life is very dear to me. God taught me many things as a baby Christian that I can still think about today. Then we moved to Memphis when I was in the 5th grade. I learned to love the city life, too. It was a completely different way of life. My whole family still lives in Missouri, still does a little farming and simple country living. When Jeff, the kids, and I moved from the city to the country, I incorporated my city life with my country background. My mom laughs at me when I cut my grass on my John Deere tractor while drinking my Starbucks Mocha and wearing my fancy sunglasses. And when I am shampooing my carpet in my high-heeled black boots. I just love those boots! But I would love to share about how I got to be the way I am today, The Victoriously Organized Woman! I used to work as a supervisor at bank for years. I had to dress up everyday. After the birth of our second child we decide I should be a SAHM. One of the best decision I've ever made. But I made a bad decision, too. I hardly ever dressed up anymore. I hardly ever wore make-up. After about a year I looked in the mirror and said, "OH MY! Jeff has to come home to this!?!" He is so wonderful he said he liked me that way, "natural". Well , I realized that I didn't. It made me feel bad about myself. I felt disorganized, tired and stressed and a little "rough" looking. I felt I just couldn't get it all done. At this time I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. I wasn't able to do certains things. Like mop the floor of my completely hardwood floor home that I was obsessed about keeping clean. The doctor told me I couldn't have salt, caffeine, or stress! "What?! Are you kidding!?" So , then I decided to change my routine,thought pattern, and cooking. I began to get up early, shower and dress, put on make up. Always being ready to leave whenever I needed to. I established routines that helped me eliminate extra cleaning and stresses. I was able to make more time for myself and make more time for my family. And the family had more time for each other. I made more time for God and others. This made me feel better about myself. I am so happy about how this changed my life I want to share it with everyone.
